How to Sign Up

Step 1: Click the Sign Up button on the pop-up that appears

Step 2: Enter your mobile number or email.

• If using a mobile number, you will receive an OTP via SMS.
• If using an email, an OTP will be sent to your inbox.

Step 3: Enter the 4-digit OTP in the verification pop-up.

Step 4: Provide your full name (Required) and email (Optional).

Step 5: Click "Create Account" to complete the registration process. Once registered, explore Fepy Pro benefits and start shopping seamlessly

Address Entry After OTP Verification(Add Address)

Step 1: Add your address
Once OTP verification is successful, an Add New Address pop-up will appear. Enter the following details:
✅ City and Area (Select from the dropdown).
✅ Street Address 1 (Required).
✅ Street Address 2 (Optional).

Step 2: Save your address
Save & Continue to confirm your address and proceed.
Tip: Adding your correct address ensures accurate delivery estimates and a seamless checkout experience!

Step 2: Enter your Business Name and Address.

Step 3: Select Area and Emirate from the dropdown.

Step 4: Choose your Business Industry and enter your VAT/TRN Number.

Step 5: Upload your VAT/TRN Document and Trade License (Optional).

Step 6: Click Upgrade to Pro to complete your upgrade request. 📩 Your account will be verified within 2 business days!
